Return & Replacement Policy – Smiling Bazaar

At Smiling Bazaar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a 3-day Return & Replacement Policy to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is missing parts or is not functioning properly

Note:

  • Massagers and certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless defective.
  • Products must be in original condition with packaging, accessories, and labels intact.

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • A request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • You must provide unboxing video proof clearly showing the issue
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • The product should not show signs of physical damage caused after delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective:

  • Personal hygiene products
  • Massagers used without reporting issues immediately
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Accessories without proper unboxing proof

4. Replacement Process

  1. Contact Us within 3 days
  2. Share your order details and unboxing video showing the issue.
  3. After review, we will arrange:
    • A replacement, or
    • A return pickup, if applicable
  4. Replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Smiling Bazaar will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer requests a return for other reasons, shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; however, you may apply for a return under the 3-day policy if eligible.
